<\/p>\nOften people ask me what is Bowen therapy. This is therapy, which cannot be explained to the mind. It is not a rational concept to understand. It si a healing process to experience.<\/p>\n
It is as if I a small child, who has never tasted chocolate to ask you: What is the taste of chocolate?<\/p>\n

So what are you going to answer? Sweet? – Hmmm… Sweet like shugar or sweet like honey? – Like neither of them?<\/p>\n
So you just take a peice of chocolate and give it to the child. They taste it, tries to figure alt all the flavours, while the cocolate bar is melting slowly in their mouth. They just have a new experience. Then you explain: This is chocolate!<\/p>\n
It is the same with Bowen therapy!<\/p>\n

It is a healing process to experiece, not to understand. You should go to a Bowen procedure, lie on the massage bed, relax and tell the therapist all the sensations you have during the pauses between the Bowen movements. It is like a bar of chocolate, different flavours come into one. Just new experience, which assist you body to balance<\/strong> sympaticus and parasympaticus neuro-system, to heal<\/strong> itself by the fascial power and soliton waves and\u00a0rejuvenate<\/strong> its energy and strength.<\/p>\n
